Spaceship at IOL

On 28 May, Spaceship lands at IOL with a bang…

Alien Abduction, Unicorns, Teenage BDSM role play and Nordic Metal. Acclaimed British director Alex Taylor unleashes his debut feature, a visually daring, thought-provoking exploration of British teenage life. Rising star Alexa Davies (Harlots, Raised By Wolves) shines as the ethereal Lucidia, who spends her days with her misfit community of cyber goths. After her sudden and mysterious disappearance, her friends journey deep into the unknown to find her.

To celebrate launching Spaceship at IOL, we open with a big one: beginning with a DJ set and acoustic live show by Annabel Allum at 7pm, and followed by a Q&A with director Alex Taylor, accompanied by actresses Lara Peake and Tallulah Haddon (hosted by Phil Ilson). The film will also be preceded by Alex Taylor’s short film “Lilly Goes to Kissland” presented by Alex Taylor & Phil Ilson.
