We’re very excited to announce Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen as our upcoming kitchen residency!

New dishes will include a number of small plates designed to eat with your hands, including Oto cakes (made with Milo chocolate drink) with soft boiled egg, cassava crisps with a scotch bonnet salsa, and kenkey (dumplings) with sardines.

Larger dishes will include jollof chicken with lettuce wraps and plantain pork belly, while there will also be a selection of specially-created cinema snacks such as akara fritters, crispy okra and kelewele, made with fried plantains.
