Stefania is a lecturer, editor and consultant. Until recently she taught drama and documentary editing at the London Film School, where over a period of 10 years she has supervised the editing and postproduction of hundreds of short films. She also regularly runs short drama editing workshops and has taught at the Northern Film School in Leeds, Scuola Holden in Turin-Italy and MTI Kingston-Jamaica. Her filmmaking experience has also included directing, producing and scriptwriting.
Stefania is a graduate of Fine Art from Goldsmiths College and has a postgraduate diploma in Film Production from the University of Wales in Cardiff.
The Third Tuesdays Club, organised by Itinerant Film Club, is a film-gathering happening once a month to explore the art filmmaking and the different languages that come together in creating powerful and transporting films. Each session will focus on one specific trade in the many departments – camera, sound, editing and more – and the specific contribution they bring to a film production.
